What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in business process discussions and solution road-mapping with customers and prospects
- Provide a consultative viewpoint in the pre-sales cycle to build confidence with prospective customers
- Make creative product and solution recommendations to meet customer business and technical objectives
- Prepare demo environments and present sample Salesforce solutions to clients
- Liaison with the delivery team to ensure successful project handoff for contracted services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce consulting/solution experience
- BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Salesforce Developer/Platform App Builder certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Service Cloud/Sales Cloud certifications
- Proven ability to connect relationally with both technical and business executives
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to provide effective solutions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
