What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex, and Flows to support banking applications
- Collaborate with product and architecture teams while adhering to Agile methodologies
- Integrate REST APIs and manage version control using GitLab/Git
- Write solid unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Assist in issue resolution and coordinate between applications and business units
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of an Associate's degree and 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience, or a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 5 years in systems analysis/application development
- Proficiency in LWC, Apex, Flows, Agile methodologies, Git/GitLab, and REST API
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple complex projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to target audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with nCino and knowledge of the banking domain
- Salesforce certifications
- Good understanding of the bank's application framework
- Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously
- Advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications
