What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement business solutions using Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to meet client objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Guide and mentor Salesforce developers to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with architectural standards
- Ensure integration and data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- Provide best practices and governance for Salesforce implementations, including security and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud with a proven ability to solutionize business needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide developers and collaborate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional Salesforce products or certifications
- Background in Agile methodologies or project management
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques related to Salesforce
- Previous experience in a consulting environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
