      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of the prospect-to-lead journey across sales systems
      - Lead strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact
      - Maintain clear and up-to-date system architecture documentation, adapting to evolving business needs
      - Collaborate with global technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
      - Evaluate and integrate third-party and SaaS tools to enhance the sales automation ecosystem

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Deep expertise in Salesforce, including its architecture and best-practice configuration for enterprise environments
      - Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing lead routing logic using tools like LeanData
      - Strong analytical and documentation skills, including process mapping and managing stakeholder requirements
      - Experience working in Agile environments with a collaborative mindset
      - Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst or Advanced Administrator are a strong plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with marketing automation platforms
      - Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders
      - Strong technical expertise in building Validation Rules, Flows, and Custom Objects on the Salesforce platform
