      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance and leadership to the development team in design and delivery processes
      - Coordinate with other teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions
      - Determine the technical approach and implementation to ensure scalable design and standards
      - Articulate design considerations and recommendations for technical architecture in various forums
      - Serve as the key escalation point for technical and architectural issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years focused on Salesforce and 2+ years in a leadership role
      - Deep knowledge of Salesforce technical capabilities with a proven delivery track record
      - Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrating with external systems
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts
      - Proven leadership in guiding development teams and overseeing Salesforce projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in broader software engineering roles
      - Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Gearset (CI/CD)
      - Skilled in Salesforce automation tools, analytics, and declarative development
      - Commitment to staying current with Salesforce releases and industry trends
