What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions and data architectures related to Salesforce
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements and translate them into architectural specifications
- Develop and maintain the architecture of Salesforce and surrounding applications to ensure security and efficiency
- Design and implement integration strategies for various systems and applications
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and developers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in systems architecture and software development, particularly with Salesforce technologies
- Proficiency in system design methodologies, architecture frameworks, and programming languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with architecture modeling tools and cloud platforms such as Salesforce CRM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Platform, API integrations, and custom workflows
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of best practices in software development, data management, or web design
- Expertise in AI transformation
