      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, maintain, and grow machine clothing accounts for customer mills
      - Provide sales and service support in various engineered fabrics market segments
      - Evaluate and support paper or related manufacturing processes
      - Document the impact of machine clothing on mill processes
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance sales and service effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Textile, Paper Science, or a related field
      - Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the paper or related industry as a Service/Sales Engineer or similar position
      - Demonstrable ability to evaluate and support manufacturing processes
      - Strong sales skills and experience in service-related roles
      - Ability to document and communicate the impact of machine clothing on mill processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5-10 years of manufacturing or sales experience, specifically in machine clothing
      - Experience with new machine or rebuild projects in the paper industry
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Demonstrated leadership ability within a sales/service environment
