      Salon Manager for a well known hospitality group in Bahrain.

      The Salon Manager reports directly to the Director.

      Oversees cosmetology-related services and ensures that the salon is clean, organised and well-staffed. Also performs services such as cutting, colouring and styling hair.

      Provides financial reports for the Salon such as revenue and budget needs. Prepares reports on staffing changes, guests’ satisfaction, inventory issues and salon upkee.



      Requirements

      • Arab nationals are preferred for this position.
      • 2 years experience in a similar position.
      • Relevant Hair Dressing Qualifications - NVQ SVQ3, NVQ SVQ2 or training in top salon such as Tony & Guy.
      • To work both independently and in a team.
      • Business and financial acumen can prepare MIS reports as needed by management.
      • Excellent MS Office Skills.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks.
      • Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and guests.
      • Self motivated and detail oriented.
      • Excellent English written and spoken



      Benefits

      Base Salary 1500

      Car Allowance 120

      House Allowance 250
