We’re looking for a salon manager who’s ready to lead by example—both behind the chair and on the floor. Our ideal candidate is passionate about coaching and developing stylists, creating a positive team culture, and helping the salon grow. You’ll still be cutting, connecting with clients, and supporting day-to-day operations while guiding your team to success. Managers typically earn $23–$25 per hour with monthly bonus opportunities based on performance.
