What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define application requirements by reviewing requests from business partners and conducting "solutioning" sessions
- Work with legacy systems teams to design, build, test, and implement data exchange interfaces
- Lead training sessions with users on new functionality and create design documentation for projects
- Communicate project status through regular written status reports for large development efforts
- Troubleshoot user issues and assist in determining the best method for data reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum three years of SAP ECC Materials Management configuration and implementation experience
- Hands-on procurement experience is desired
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration in Purchasing and Inventory Management
- Good written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ariba Procurement application
- Familiarity with SAP Security
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting interfaces with legacy systems
- Program design and testing experience including requirements gathering
- Actual purchasing experience in procurement processes
