- Ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions at scale
- STRONG Proven SAP Manufacturing background
- Be able to develop a new SAP consulting practice for the company.
- Strong Sales Acumen.
- Develop and grow the Consulting's SAP consulting capability for the firm
- Develop and successfully take to market SAP offerings that are tailored to the Manufacturing industry (2-3 "big bets” in first year)
- Build out team, IP and tool set to deliver offerings
- Work with Consulting industry heads and Sales Segment heads to develop and implement go-to-market plans for the Manufacturing industry sector.
- Work with ERP leaders and influencers in other regions to develop firm's global SAP service catalog and capabilities.
- Create/identify opportunities within existing and new clients using a blend of relationship-building, visionary industry knowledge, intellectual capital, and a command of services offerings in order to create engagement opportunities.
- Work with SAP Market Unit Leaders and Account Executives to collaborate on joint sales planning and go to market initiatives.
- Along with a team of consulting leaders, drive sales pursuits and manage contract negotiations for successful opportunities.
- Meet operational requirements for pipeline and sales tracking and reporting
- Oversee delivery of large-scale SAP transformation engagements
- Maintain active delivery responsibilities supporting 30% personal utilization
- Advise clients on ERP (SAP) trends, best practices, and the application of legacy and emerging technologies
- Contribute to resource management through headcount planning, skill need identification and sourcing strategy design.
- Actively recruit to develop the team, influencing a favorable perception of the company as an employer.
- Provide coaching and guidance to your people tree.
- Build high morale and a highly effective team; position programs for success.
- 18 years of leadership experience, with strong consulting sales/relationship management/account management experience and deep experience working with Manufacturing clients.
- 10+ years of end-to-end SAP implementation experience with Manufacturing companies .
- Successful track record at the Partner level leading SAP transformation programs for Manufacturing clients with in other consulting firm(s). Ability to develop offerings, build teams, sell and deliver technology-driven transformation programs.
- Good understanding of Manufacturing industry challenges and how SAP S/4 is currently positioned to help companies in these industries drive digital capabilities, e.g. SAP RISE and GROW offerings.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent. Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in SAP consulting space.
- Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.
- Ability to travel internationally to SAP or client locations for business purposes if and as needed for reasonable timeframes.

- Preference for applicants who reside in or around an Consulting Hub Locations (Boston, New York, Basking Ridge, NJ, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle)
- M.B.A or equivalent advanced degree
- 20+ years of leadership experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience with an industry or service offering focus.
- Big 4 or equivalent firm experience in a Partner Capacity
- Global Delivery Model experience
- Resides along the East Coast of the U.S.
- Traditional and emerging SAP solutions and packages; must know S/4HANA, RISE, GROW
- ERP (SAP) redesign/continuous improvement/automation/AI enablement
- SAP integration and/or carve-out activities for MA&D work
- Track record of thought leadership in SAP and Manufacturing space, as expressed through publications, speaking engagements, conference presentations, etc.
- Strong network in SAP and Manufacturing space which can be leveraged to recruit additional talent.
- Excellent client relationships at executive level, that can be leveraged to develop new business.
- Demonstrable experience expanding services and revenue within a client.
