      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure compliance of SAP HR/Payroll and Rimini Street US Payroll Tax Engine with legal requirements
      - Provide subject matter expertise on US HR/Payroll legislation and its implications on payroll tax
      - Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to acceptance criteria and perform testing
      - Convert business requirements into functional specifications to support legislative changes
      - Assist in producing client-facing documentation and educational materials regarding payroll changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 7 years of experience in US Payroll with large multi-state operations
      - Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP US HR/Payroll or other large-scale ERP systems
      - In-depth understanding of US payroll legislation, tax calculations, and reporting
      - Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - FPC or CPP designation
      - Experience with AGILE methodology
      - Familiarity with JIRA software
      - Proven ability to manually calculate US Federal, State, and Local Taxes
      - Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
