What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure credit card refunds are calculated correctly using strong SQL and SAS skills
- Execute analytical initiatives in collaboration with management
- Develop and implement advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and predictive analytics
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and provide insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to complete end-to-end analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of data analysis experience using SAS and SQL
- Expertise in statistical analysis, test design, and financial impact analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in automating reports and building prototype dashboards
