      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively manage the end-to-end renewal process to ensure timely renewals and address potential risks to customer retention
      - Forecast renewal rates and manage a large portfolio of accounts using automated tools and touchpoints
      - Develop and implement scalable processes to streamline renewals and enhance customer engagement
      - Monitor customer health metrics, product usage, and engagement to identify risks of churn or downsell
      - Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize outreach and provide targeted support to at-risk customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience managing multiple renewal timelines simultaneously
      - Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt communication styles for diverse audiences
      - Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
      - Excellent collaboration skills, with a passion for rallying others around shared goals
      - Demonstrated ability to embrace agility, creativity, and a growth-oriented mindset

      - Experience in a sales or customer success role, particularly within a technology or design-focused company
