      A DAY IN THE LIFE
      In this role, you will...
      • Schedule and confirm appointments with borrowers, clients, and closing teams in order to meet specific scheduling and signing requirements
      • Work directly with team members and the scheduling management team building and maintaining relationships with borrower's, signing agents, clients, and closing teams
      • Review instructions to ensure scheduled appointments are accurately assigned

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      Responsibilities
      • Enter and assign scheduling requests, as necessary
      • Send recruiting requests when necessary
      • Monitor vendor fees to ensure fee guidelines are being met, obtain management approval for any fees exceeding company guidelines
      • Monitor vendor notes for performance/reject issues to ensure quality agents are being utilized, as necessary
      • Confirm signing appointment completion via phone, fax, and/or email with borrower(s), signing agent(s), client(s), and closing team(s) and update Status Screen
      • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
      • Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management
      • Proficient in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines
      • Perform all other duties as assignedAll other duties as assigned

      Qualifications
      • High School diploma or equivalent required
      • Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills
      • Detail oriented, efficient and organized
