      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule patients for visit plans to ensure consistency and continuity of care
      - Monitor clinician efficiency and maintain appropriate staffing levels using productivity tools
      - Process incoming referrals accurately and strive for timely admissions
      - Document updates on patient care and manage scheduling adjustments
      - Navigate and manage workflows within the WellSky EMR system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a High School graduate
      - Strong attention to detail with accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and documentation
      - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth scheduling processes
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members
      - Strong problem-solving skills to address scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare scheduling or administrative role
      - Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WellSky
      - Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities effectively
