What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services
- Obtain approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate
- Maintain and update provider contact information
- Ensure all medical appointments and patient information are entered into the electronic medical system
- Follow site-specific protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation for compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Capable of frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive movements
- Strong oral communication skills for sharing information
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related field is a plus but not required
