      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule patients for office visits and procedure appointments, assisting with high call volume
      - Maintain physician schedules and assist with patient registration and financial transactions
      - Take triage call messages for medical staff and identify problems and physician orders from patient visit notes
      - Collect patient and insurance payments and reconcile charges on a daily basis
      - Prepare and file patient charts in the EMR system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
      - 2-5 years of prior medical scheduling experience preferred
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Basic understanding of healthcare plans and ability to read and understand medical benefits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual candidates are a plus
      - Experience working in a medical office setting
      - Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
      - Proficient technical (computer) skills
