      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and validate project and owner reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
      - Lead schedule update meetings and represent construction plans
      - Perform schedule updates, logic re-application, and resource distribution
      - Analyze resource requirements and recommend corrective actions
      - Monitor schedule health indicators and execution adherence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 4 years of industry experience, or 6 years of relevant industry experience
      - Minimum 3-5 years in scheduling or project controls
      - Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6)
      - Familiarity with earned value reporting and histogram interpretation
      - Understanding of intermediate CPM principles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
      - Experience with additional scheduling software (Primavera, Oracle)
      - Knowledge of CMIS, Acumen Fuse, or Qtrax
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
