What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate multiple interpreter and CART service requests in a fast-paced environment
- Manage incoming service requests and outgoing confirmations efficiently
- Prepare and share materials between clients and providers for upcoming assignments
- Maintain up-to-date scheduling databases, including special requests and client preferences
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with industry standards and guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma and 3-4 years of experience in ASL and/or CART scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management
- Experience scheduling large volumes of people across multiple locations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Conversational fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and familiarity with Deaf culture
