What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain provider schedules to meet patient needs
- Manage provider census through proactive risk management
- Collaborate with local leadership to optimize scheduling systems and communicate patient requests
- Maintain effective communication with patients and family members regarding HarmonyCares services
- Escalate scheduling concerns and issues both internally and externally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of college education and/or equivalent experience
- 2 years of healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in scheduling or logistics
- Strong working knowledge of medical terminology, conditions, illnesses, and treatment practices
