What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure all Home Health and Hospice patient visits are staffed with appropriate employees for the required discipline
- Record and communicate schedules to staff, including scheduling new referrals to the appropriate clinician
- Schedule supervisory visits for select staff and assist with scheduling re-assessments for therapy services
- Assign disciplines and clinicians in the clinical point of care system, maintaining on-call coverage schedules
- Communicate patient information to appropriate staff and notify billing department of non-Medicare insurance patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Education/GED or equivalent
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Clerical experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients
- Commitment to receiving all required vaccinations as a condition of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in scheduling within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with clinical point of care systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in home health or hospice care
- Knowledge of non-Medicare insurance processes
