      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate scheduling assignments between signing agents, borrowers, and clients
      - Handle incoming calls regarding scheduling from signing agents, borrowers, and clients
      - Monitor and respond to scheduling emails and complete requests for reschedules and cancellations
      - Maintain open communication with clients and team members regarding scheduling and closing processes
      - Cross-train in various roles to provide coverage during peak times

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office equipment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry
      - Familiarity with scheduling software or tools
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
