What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and post physician schedules on a monthly basis to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals
- Maintain real-time schedule changes and assist with the formation of facility-specific physician panels
- Compile capacity and coverage needs by service line or physician group and summarize progress
- Communicate shift changes, including extensions and time changes, as needed
- Enter scheduling data into software to assist with schedule management and updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in healthcare
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with an emphasis on meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general computer skills
