      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule diagnostic tests, procedures, and surgeries while providing necessary preparation instructions to patients
      - Manage patient documentation and maintain the department database
      - Serve as a liaison between patients and the billing department, addressing outstanding issues and concerns
      - Monitor schedule queues daily and coordinate staffing schedules
      - Compile and maintain accurate departmental records, including payroll and employee information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of experience working in a medical office or clinic, with an emphasis on scheduling
      - Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient information confidentiality
      - Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy
      - Capacity to develop relationships with patients, guests, and coworkers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certificate in Medical Terminology
      - Certification related to a specific area or additional years of relevant experience
