What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service during inbound and outbound communications with borrowers
- Review loan documents for accuracy prior to scheduling closings
- Schedule closing dates and times, ensuring all necessary parties are prepared
- Review the cash needed from the borrower at closing and discuss payment information
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance while managing closing obligations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of processing, title, or closing experience, preferably in refinances
- Previous customer service experience; experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office skills is required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a high-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the mortgage industry or related customer service roles
- Strong mathematical skills to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle various tasks and problems in standardized situations
- Familiarity with loan processing and closing procedures
