      The Scheduling Manager oversees daily scheduling operations, ensuring high-quality caregiver-client matches, full shift coverage, and efficient use of staff time. This role is central to client satisfaction and caregiver retention and will lead scheduling initiatives across the St. Cloud location with a performance-first mindset.
      Key Responsibilities
      • Manage the daily and long-term caregiver schedule, ensuring timely and appropriate staffing for all client shifts.
      • Respond quickly to schedule changes, call-offs, and urgent needs while maintaining a calm and solutions-oriented approach.
      • Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure optimal matches and satisfaction.
      • Monitor KPIs including shift coverage %, open shift response time, and on-call resolution time.
      • Proactively analyze staffing gaps and work with HR to influence recruiting priorities.
      • Maintain scheduling accuracy in agency software (Kantime)
      • Lead weekly scheduling huddles with field staff and operations leadership.
      • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
      • Identify and implement improvements to reduce overtime and optimize caregiver utilization.
      Qualifications
      • 2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or care coordination
      • Experience with industry scheduling platforms strongly preferred
      • Excellent multitasking, communication, and decision-making skills
      • Calm under pressure with a customer-first mindset
      • Leadership traits and the ability to take initiative and ownership
      Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience.
