      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule network and commercial breaks to maximize sales inventory
      - Build on-air logs ensuring correct program information and commercial breaks
      - Program syndicated, local, and network shows for accuracy in show numbers and timing
      - Maintain future broadcast logs and communicate inventory availability or programming conflicts
      - Assist with programming formats and reconcile discrepancies within established time parameters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
      - Dependable and self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Computer literacy is essential
      - Broadcast TV or radio experience is a plus, but training will be provided
      - Ability to provide assistance as needed for all related processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in broadcast TV or radio
      - Strong background in scheduling or operations within media
      - Familiarity with programming formats and reconciliation processes
