      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize proprietary technology and third-party platforms to schedule nursing visits for patients
      - Manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets and up to 30 inbound calls per shift
      - Schedule and confirm 10-30 patient visits per shift while ensuring accurate documentation
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and streamline operations
      - Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements to enhance team efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
      - Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle competing priorities
      - Exceptional customer service and communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly
      - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
      - Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
