What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the mission of Christ-centered higher education by supporting the School of Counseling
- Coordinate routine correspondence and communications, including the preparation of reports and related documents
- Track admissions, monitor student progress, and manage dissertation-related documentation for the CES program
- Support program faculty with committee meetings by preparing agendas, slides, summaries, and other materials
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for doctoral program documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Enrollment in a graduate program at the employer
- Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to manage academic documents, filing systems, and technology platforms
- Strong communication skills, including comfort presenting information in meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Students enrolled in the master's level School of Counseling are preferred
- Experience working with diverse backgrounds and dispositions
- Ability to create and maintain organized workflows and procedures
- Commitment to the academic and Christian mission of the School of Counseling program
