- Training & development
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective ceremonies
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
- Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery
- Track and communicate sprint velocity, team metrics, and project progress to stakeholders
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize a healthy product backlog
- Shield the team from external distractions and scope creep during sprints
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
- Ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams
- Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about servant leadership
