      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective team cadence and collaboration
      - Coach teams in Agile and SAFe practices to enhance predictability and delivery
      - Identify and manage team-level impediments, escalating when necessary
      - Collaborate with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters to maintain alignment across teams
      - Support cross-team planning and track dependencies using Agile tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments
      - Strong understanding of SAFe principles and experience with Agile Release Trains
      - Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
      - Proven ability to coordinate work across multiple teams or vendors
      - Strong communication skills to engage with business, technical, and leadership stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in financial services, banking, or core system modernization initiatives
      - Familiarity with data platforms, data pipelines, and reporting environments
      - SAFe certification (e.g., SSM, SASM)
      - Experience with Agile planning tools such as Azure DevOps or ClickUp
