What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach Scrum teams to enhance progress, learning, and functionality
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration
- Work with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog
- Analyze sprint metrics and communicate accomplishments, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- Remove impediments and distractions to enable team self-organization and productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with teams
- Experience as a Scrum Master for a software team applying Scrum principles
- Agile knowledge and software development experience to coach Development Team members
- Ability to enforce Agile/Scrum concepts and make decisive calls
- Keen awareness to identify and escalate issues as they arise
