      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a leader and facilitator of Agile events, program events, team dynamics, and team maturity
      - Drive continuous improvement within teams, focusing on Agile principles
      - Coach teams to align with program standards and resolve impediments
      - Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business System Analyst to develop and review product backlog items
      - Mentor less tenured Scrum Masters on Agile methodologies and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 7-9 years of hands-on experience on an Agile team, preferably in the Scrum Master role
      - Experience in a systems or financial services environment, including card payments and banking
      - Considerable knowledge of Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or similar applications
      - Experience managing large-scale technology projects (software/hardware)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Agile Certification (work experience is considered)
      - Technical knowledge of software development terminology like APIs
      - Experience facilitating positive and productive Agile events/ceremonies
