      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and backlog management to maximize business value
      - Support the team by removing and/or escalating impediments related to scope, schedule, prioritization, and risk management
      - Plan and facilitate team ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives
      - Lead the team towards high performance by recognizing strengths and areas for continuous improvement
      - Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing two teams in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent skills in JIRA for project management
      - Clear experience and capabilities in facilitating Standups and Retrospectives, documenting and driving Kaizens
      - Ability to keep the team focused and on track to deliver on Sprint commitments
      - Experience in quickly resolving team impediments, such as access issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
      - Experience in coaching or mentoring teams in Agile practices
      - Familiarity with additional project management tools beyond JIRA
