      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services
      - Identify areas of strength and improvement within the Scrum Team and apply coaching techniques to enhance performance
      - Manage delivery risks by addressing team impediments as they arise
      - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
      - Track and report team progress using Agile metrics and maintain open communication tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, TDD, CI)
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
      - Proven expertise as an Agile trainer or educator
      - Proficient in Scrum techniques such as refinement, story splitting, estimation, and retrospectives
      - Experience with JIRA, ideally in an administrative capacity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading distributed or virtual teams
      - Strong analytical skills paired with effective communication abilities
