      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices and help our product and engineering teams deliver high-quality software efficiently. The Scrum Master will coach teams, remove impediments, and ensure that Scrum principles and agile best practices are adhered to.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • ct as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams, promoting Agile principles and Scrum practices.
      • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
      • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodology and Scrum practices to maximize productivity and collaboration.
      • Identify and remove impediments blocking the team's progress.
      • Protect the team from external interruptions and scope creep.
      • Track and communicate team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cycle time).
      • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for implementation.
      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within teams, fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
      • Support organizational Agile adoption and scaling efforts, mentoring teams and leadership as needed.

      Required Skills & Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
      • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification.
      • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development or IT projects.
      • Strong understanding of gile and Scrum methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
      • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Experience in removing impediments and managing cross-functional teams.
      • bility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
      • Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Trello.

      Preferred Skills:
      • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or LeSS.
      • Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, or XP practices.
      • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
      • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
