- Exemplify and promote Agile values and principles
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- Manage projects or initiatives from initiation through implementation
- Manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Lead, organize and execute with little or no direction, deliver commitments on time, and to work on a team within a fast pace environment
- Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
- Negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Effectively communicate up, down and across the organization
- Analyze and draw conclusions and make recommendations from data
- Clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing
- Credit Union policies and procedures and products and services offered by the Credit Union
- Financial Services digital delivery systems and channels with strong member/customer service experience
- Agile project management methodology
