What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices
- Take charge of the migration project, maintaining accountability for successful delivery and resolving obstacles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines
- Identify and address roadblocks, working with leadership and external stakeholders to resolve issues
- Track and report on sprint progress, deliverables, and key metrics, communicating status transparently to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, specifically in procurement and manufacturing
- Proven track record of successfully driving large-scale migration projects to completion
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Understanding of procurement and manufacturing processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
