What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide effective leadership as a Scrum Master for multiple development scrum teams using SAFe Agile processes
- Conduct scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to groom backlog, refine features, and estimate stories
- Shield scrum teams from outside distractions and maintain focus on completing committed product backlog items
- Mentor team members on Agile methodologies and provide performance feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Master Professional (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience leading agile teams in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of experience in software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with agile management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PMP ACP
- In-depth field experience in adopting SAFe and agile practices in enterprise environments
- Working experience with Atlassian collaboration tools (eazyBI reports)
