What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Scrum Master for 3-4 Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Scrum and Kanban principles
- Establish and uphold Agile values and principles, promoting a culture of openness and continuous improvement
- Propose and empower experimentation for agile teams in their development goals
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress while updating Agile tracking systems
- Facilitate discussions and manage conflict resolution effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification
- Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and associated artifacts, including User Stories and Backlog Refinement
- Minimum of three years of combined technology development experience in a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Developer role
- Outstanding communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven successful experience in converting development teams to agile processes
- Demonstration of knowledge of various agile techniques such as SAFe
- Proven successful experience in leading complex, time-critical software development projects
