      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, analyze, and evaluate IT systems, data flows, and operational processes
      - Conduct end-to-end requirements elicitation and translate business needs into specifications
      - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
      - Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
      - Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for business requirements and process maps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in business requirements gathering and translation to development teams
      - Experience in network technology or with development teams in a data, business analysis, or project management function
      - Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
      - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Atlassian's Jira and Confluence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and/or Agile certifications
      - Experience in the telecommunications or broadband industry
      - Experience or training in Amazon Q
      - Ability to interpret system logic and APIs
      - Proven ability to present reports and analysis to senior decision makers
