What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect high-potential accounts using multi-channel outreach including cold calls and emails
- Conduct thoughtful discovery to uncover prospects' pain points and qualify fit
- Set meetings and generate opportunities for Account Executives, with quotas based on meetings set
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and refine outreach strategies based on customer insights
- Contribute ideas to optimize messaging, targeting, and process strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or consultative sales (SaaS preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with technical buyers
- Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a closing role
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of success in phone and email prospecting
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage in meaningful conversations
- Strong writing skills for creating engaging email content
- Experience with pipeline building and understanding sales metrics
- Interest in the skilled trades and immersive learning technologies
