      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a team of 15-20 In-Station Delivery Customer Support Associates
      - Drive team performance and bridge gaps between performance and goals
      - Develop and implement performance management strategies
      - Build and maintain relationships with delivery stations
      - Analyze data reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement
      - Engage and motivate the team to ensure high levels of engagement
      - Lead process improvement initiatives and assist with DSL projects/committees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 year of previous experience managing 20+ customer service associates
      - 1 year of previous experience implementing change management
      - Experience leading teams in a remote environment
      - Ability to travel 25% of the time
      - Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      - 2-3 years of leadership and people management experience
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
