      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make outbound sales calls to guests interested in cruises, aiming to close sales
      - Build and maintain relationships with guests to encourage referrals and repeat business
      - Manage your database by contacting guests at optimal times with relevant messages
      - Meet performance metrics and objectives, placing 40+ outbound calls each day
      - Utilize exceptional listening skills and ask qualified questions to enhance sales effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong sales skills and time management abilities
      - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Proficiency in written and verbal communication
      - Experience with Excel and Outlook
      - Commitment to a 12-month tenure post-training before applying for other positions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales, particularly in a customer-facing role
      - Familiarity with cruise industry products and services
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
      - Experience with CRM software or similar database management systems
      - Ability to adapt to new computer systems quickly
