What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to reservations and company products
- Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits, upselling, and recommending travel add-ons
- Proactively assist customers and Travel Advisors with reservation issues, collaborating with other departments as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members through both oral and written communication
- Meet sales and performance metrics while adhering to quality assurance guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in computer applications and knowledge of computerized reservation systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
- Familiarity with high-volume call center operations
