What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service for inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns related to reservations
- Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits on reservations and upselling travel add-ons
- Assist customers and Travel Advisors with reservation-related issues, coordinating with other departments as necessary
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues through oral and written communication
- Meet sales and performance metrics while adhering to Quality Assurance guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in computer business applications and computerized reservation systems
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
- Experience working in a high-volume call center
