What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service from inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns related to company products and reservations
- Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits on reservations and upselling optional travel add-ons
- Proactively assist direct consumers or Travel Advisors with reservation issues, collaborating with other departments as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management through both oral and written communication
- Adhere to department Quality Assurance guidelines and utilize feedback for performance improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote environment
- Proficiency in computer business applications and experience with computerized reservations systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
