What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service by addressing inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries related to reservations and travel products
- Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits and upselling travel add-ons
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve reservation issues in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers and document information accurately as per department standards
- Meet sales and performance metrics while adhering to quality assurance guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote work environment
- Proficiency with computer business applications and computerized reservation systems
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines

- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
