What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to Personal Cruise Consultants (PCCs) and deliver high-level customer service to guests
- Assist PCCs in increasing sales and market share for Seabourn voyages
- Handle inbound calls and return messages on the department's customer service line
- Process Siebel Service Requests and resolve database ownership conflicts
- Manage department incoming emails and assist with customer issues, including pricing and payment collection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Seabourn Reservations Sales Agent or a similar position with a supervisor's recommendation
- Strong knowledge of Seabourn products and proficiency in Siebel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage positively with individuals at all levels
- Proven track record of achieving personal goals and supporting department objectives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing distractions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the travel or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with cruise line operations and policies
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Demonstrated organizational skills and self-motivation
- Previous experience working remotely
